Our team is fully registered with the City of Cape Town and follows all guidelines for compliance, as outlined by the Water Services By-law (Section 14(1)) and the Wastewater and Industrial Effluent By-law (Section 2(2)(a)).
Our COC Services
Our licensed plumbers provide comprehensive property inspections to ensure all plumbing work meets regulatory standards. Upon completing the inspection, if all systems are compliant, we issue a signed Schedule 4 COC.
In cases where issues are identified, we provide a detailed quote for necessary repairs to bring the plumbing up to standard. Once the required work is completed, the Schedule 4 COC is finalised.
